Abstract
Arylboronic acids are valuable reagents for organic synthesis. Thus, they have lately been employed in the synthesis of achiral and chiral alcohols [1], of diaryl ethers [2], and are also currently used for palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions with organic halides or triflates leading to the formation of carbon-carbon bonds (Suzuki reaction) [3].
