Abstract

Résumé/Abstract This paper reports the reaction of 4-antipyrinyl isothiocyanate with DL- amino acids affording a new heterocyclic series of 3-(4-antipyrinyl)-2-thiohydantoin derivatives in mild conditions. The reaction proves to be simpleand the experiment is easy to operate with high yields (86-96%).
