Abstract

Abstract Metalation of pivalamidopyrazine and Nt-butylpyrazinamide were studied. For pivalamido pyrazine the yields were poor and some addition products were isolated. The metalation of t-butylpyrazinamide was successful and a curious regioselectivity was highlighted.
