Abstract

Amorphastilbol (APH-1), isolated from a Robinia pseudoacacia var. umbraculifer seed extract, is a biologically interesting natural trans-stilbene compound with dual peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) α/γ agonist activity.
