Abstract

Previously we have studied the antiaggregative properties of some aromatic phenanthridine derivatives [I]. The other condensed compounds of the isoquinoline series, such as benzo[f]isoquinolines and hydrogenated phenanthridines, are less studied in this respect [2 -4]. As is known, the presence of isoquinoline fragment in a molecule favors manifestations of the hypotensive activity [5, 6].
