Abstract
Summary. The reactivity of a well defined Rh (I) complex, ie Rh (CF 3 COO)(NHC)(COD)(1, NHC= 1, 3-bis (2, 4, 6-trimethylphenyl)-3, 4, 5, 6-tetrahydropyrimidin-2-ylidene, COD= η 4- cycloocta-1, 5-diene) in the hydrosilylation of 1-alkenes, alkynes, and α, β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds, respectively, is described.
