Abstract

A series of benzothiazole sulfonamides, thiosemicarbazones and guanidine derivatives were synthesized by different pathways and tested for the neurotoxicity studies by the Rotarod method. The minimal motor impairment, the significant results were found with compounds (7) and (3).
