Abstract
Aims We evaluated Gi-protein inhibitor, guanosine 5′-O-(2-thiodiphosphate)(GOT)-induced senescence-associated(SA)-β-galactosidase(Gal) positive cell formation to determine if it occurred through phosphorylation of cyclic AMP-dependent response element binding protein (CREB).
