Abstract
Highlights ► Genome sequence analyses revealed the presence in Pseudomonas syringae of 3 paralogous gap genes. ► The three gap genes were one-step cloned with a His-Tag in pET21a vector. ► Effect of alternatives carbon sources on the overexpression was studied. ► Each gap genes encode functional GAPDH of diverse molecular mass. ► Each gap genes encode functional GAPDH of diverse nicotinamide-coenzyme specificities.
