Abstract
Discussion No significant antipropulsive or analgesic activity was seen for the unsubstituted monocyclic amines (3a-d, 5a-d) whether or not the oxadiazole ring was present (Table IV). The most potent compounds were the 4-disubstituted piperidines (5e, f); however, the analgesic activity of these compounds was also enhanced with respect to 1 and 2.
