Abstract

Abstract Relative rates of reduction of several α, β-unsaturated esters andstyrenes added to recently obtained results from other substrates show that sodium hydrogen telluride (NaTeH) can react according to different mechanisms: nucleophilic substitution, hydride transfer, hydrogen atom transfer and electron transfer.
