Abstract
Abstract Treatment of the silanes MeSiHCl 2, Me 2 SiHCl and EtSiMeCl 2 with the oxyl (CF 3) 2 NO·(1) gives the substitution products (CF 3) 2 NOSiMeCl 2 (4) and (CF 3) 2 NOSiMe 2 Cl (5), and a mixture of (CF 3) 2 NOCHMeSiMeCl 2 (8) and (CF 3) 2 NOCH 2 CH 2 SiMeCl 2 (9)(ratio 20: 37), respectively, while the silane EtSiMe 2 Cl affords mainly the ester (CF 3) 2 NO 2 CMe (7). Attack of oxyl 1 on the silane CH 2= CHCH2SiMeCl 2 results in both allylic ...
