Abstract

Highlights ► Resibufogenin inhibited both IK and IA in cultured rat hippocampal neurons. ► Cinobufagin inhibited IK without noticeable effect on IA in hippocampal neurons. ► Resibufogenin and Cinobufagin altered some channel kinetics of IK. ► Resibufogenin and Cinobufagin influenced some gating properties of IK.
