Abstract

A technique was designed for the determination of hydrogen peroxide release. We found, however, that the isoluminol-amplified chemiluminescence technique is a suitable tool for measuring secretion of superoxide but not hydrogen peroxide.Copyright 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
