Abstract
A 39-year-old physician was diagnosed retrograde ejaculation due to diabetes and treated with amoxapine. This treatment was effective; he could ejaculate. He began receiving DPP-IV inhibitor (Sitagliptin 50 mg, daily), in lieu of insulin injection.
