Abstract

Klion suspension was given to 42 girl and woman patients suffering from vaginal trichomoniasis. Negativity for Trichomonas was recorded in 73.8% of the cases in response to the first 10-day cure, and in 90.5% of the patients following repeated cures. The therapy had no notable side-effects. The liquid form of the medicine proved to be advantageous especially in the treatment of young girls but the possibility to take the drug diluted in soft drinks also facilitated the treatment of the partner.
