Abstract A perfectly γ-selective copper (I)-catalyzed allylic substitution of protected δ-hydroxy allylic chlorides with a silicon nucleophile generated by Si–B bond activation provides diastereoselective access to β-hydroxy α-chiral allylic silanes with an anti relative configuration.
