Abstract
Surfactant-based organized media containing micelles,'inverse micelles, lbS2 and micro emulsion^'^^^ have been used infrequently in preparative chemistry. However, the abilities of these media to solubilize, orient, and compartmentalize reactants offer the potential of reactivity control not attainable in conventional solvents.
