摘要

Highlights ► We use micro-flow focusing and cryo-polymerization method to prepare cryogel beads. ► The cryogel microbeads were grafted by monomer with cation-exchange groups. ► Protein chromatography by the packed bed of cryogel microbeads was investigated.
