1.硼砂硫酸中和法 将硼砂溶解成相对密度30~32°Bé的溶液,滤去杂质,然后放入酸解罐,于90℃时加入当量硫酸,使溶液在Ph2~3时进行反应。反应完成液经冷却、结晶、分离、干燥后制得硼酸成品。其

2.碳氨法 将焙烧后的硼矿粉与碳酸氢铵混合,在浸取釜内加热物料至140℃、压力1.5~2.0 Mpa反应4h左右,放出剩余气体,经吸氨塔将氨回收,当温度降至110℃时即可放料。经过滤机过滤洗涤后,排除废渣,溶液送入蒸氨塔进行脱氨,可回收氨水。当蒸至氨硼比低于0.04(摩尔比)时再经浓缩、冷却、结晶、分离、干燥后,制得硼酸产品。其反应方程式如下:






3.盐酸法 将硼精矿粉用母液和水调配至适当浓度后,送入酸解罐,徐徐加入盐酸到指定的酸量后,搅拌一定时间,再升温至95~100℃,反应2h,然后过滤,弃去滤渣,滤液经冷却、结晶、离心分离、水洗、干燥、包装,制得硼酸产品。其反应方程式如下:

4.电解电渗析法 把碳碱法硼砂来的碳解液,加入冷凝水调节到规定的含硼浓度,作为阳极室的原料液,碳酸钠经碳化后的含有碳酸氢钠的碳化液,作为阴极室的原料液;分别经控制过滤后用泵打人电解电渗析槽的相应极室内。待流量稳定后,通入直流电,调节到规定的操作电流。当阳极室流出液达到规定的Ph值时,则送去蒸发,再经冷却结晶、离心分离、干燥,制得硼酸成品。
5.多硼酸钠法 将硼镁矿焙烧粉碎成一定细度的矿粉,按照低于理论量的配碱比与纯碱溶液配成适当液固比的料浆,通入不同浓度的二氧化碳气体,在一定温度和压力下进行碳解反应,反应后的料浆经过滤弃去泥渣。将得到的多硼酸钠溶液经蒸浓后加入硫酸中和,冷却结晶、离心分离,干燥,制得硼酸成品。其反应方程式如下:

6.井盐卤水盐酸法 由含硼卤水与盐酸一起蒸煮,再经脱水、冷却结晶、离心分离、干燥,制得硼酸成品。 7.将100g经反复重结晶精制的硼砂Na2B4O7·10H2O溶解于250g沸水配制成热的溶液。向这种溶液添加150mL 25%盐酸,放置1d之后在玻璃棉上抽滤,用少量水洗涤几次,直到没有氯离子为止。然后用3.5倍的沸水反复重结晶。结晶夹在滤纸中间干燥,再放到装有浓硫酸的真空干燥器中干燥。提纯方法为将硼酸反复进行重结晶。取少量硼酸,装到坩埚里熔融,试一试是否成为无色玻璃状。如果变成灰色就说明含有有机物。这时将硼酸和硝酸铵混合熔融成为均匀液体,再使其固化制成B2O3,然后B2O3加水煮沸溶解之后,使其蒸发结晶。 8. 将1份工业硼酸与2份蒸馏水在搪瓷桶内混合并加热溶解,用双层滤布中间夹一层滤纸,趁热过滤,滤液冷却结晶,离心脱水,于70℃下烘干。 9. 以工业硼酸为原料,用母液或蒸馏水加热溶解,经过滤、冷却结晶、离心分离和干燥等工序制得。先在溶解槽内放进一定量的母液(第一次开车用蒸馏水),开动搅拌器加热升温至95℃左右,然后缓慢加热工业硼酸,硼酸的投入量以控制溶解液含硼酸每升260g左右为宜。当工业硼酸完全溶解后,保持(85±5)℃进行真空吸滤,除掉水不溶物。滤液送至结晶槽,开动搅拌,用水间接冷却搅拌结晶。当结晶液冷却到接近室温时,用离心机进行固液分离。在离心机中,先甩干晶体,并酌情用蒸馏水淋洗离心机中的晶体,除去黏附在晶体表面的可溶性杂质,甩干出料,晶体送干燥得成品。母液和洗液供溶解工业硼酸循环使用,直至对产品质量有影响时,再浓缩结晶回收工业硼酸。 10. 重结晶法 此法主要用于精制工业硼酸制得高纯度硼酸。将工业硼酸溶于蒸馏水中,经除杂、提纯、过滤、结晶、离心分离、干燥,制得成品。如需要制更高纯度的硼酸,可采用多次结晶法获得。
