氯化铬制备

1.碳酸铬法将重铬酸钠溶液加入带搅拌器的衬铅或搪玻璃反应器中,在搅拌下缓慢加入硫酸进行酸化,然后加入糖蜜还原剂进行还原反应,生成硫酸铬,过滤,把硫酸铬与纯碱进行反应,生成碳酸铬,过滤,用水洗涤后,再与盐酸进行反应,生成三氯化铬。经浓缩、放出冷却固化、粉碎,制得三氯化铬成品。其反应方程式如下:

方法2.用相对密度为1.19的盐酸溶解氢氧化铬糊状物,盐酸的量以糊状物中每100g三氧化二铬用350ml盐酸计:

溶液静置后,抽滤,滤液在水浴上蒸发至原体积的1/3,然后倒入用冰冷却的容器中,通入干燥的氯化氢气体,至溶液饱和且十分粘稠,并析出结晶。静置混合物,冰冷却使结晶完全,结晶经抽滤后在30~40℃下干燥,即得成品。
