【用途一】
用作合成橡胶和树脂的稳定剂,聚氯乙烯塑料的抗氧剂及醇酸树脂和农药中间体的原料
【用途二】
用作螯合剂、塑料制品防老剂及合成醇酸树酯和聚酯树脂的原料
【用途三】
辅助抗氧剂,具有光稳定效果,适用于聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯,聚酯、ABS树脂、环氧树脂等。在聚氯乙烯制品中作螯合剂,能使制品保持透明度,并能抑制颜色变化。也可用于亚磷酸三甲酯的生产。
【用途四】
螯合剂,广泛用于各种PVC制品中,能使制品保持其透明度并能抑制颜色的变化,同时它可增加主稳定剂的抗氧性和光、热稳定性。另外,本品还用于PE、PP、ABS、SBS等制品中,并可作农药中间体。合成醇酸树脂和聚酯和聚酯树脂的原料。

亚磷酸三苯酯上下游产品

亚磷酸三苯酯制备

1. 三氯氧磷直接法(又称热法) 苯酚以吡啶和无水苯为溶剂,在不超过10℃的温度下,缓缓加入氧氯化磷,然后在回流温度下,反应3~4h。冷却至室温后,反应物经水洗回收吡啶,离心脱水后,再用干燥的硫酸钠脱水,过滤除去硫酸钠。最后先常压蒸馏回收苯,再减压蒸馏,收集243~245℃(1.47kPa)的馏分,经冷却、结晶、粉碎即为成品。

2. 三氯化磷间接法(又称冷法) 苯酚熔融后,搅拌下在25℃下滴加三氯化磷,生成亚磷酸三苯酯;然后升温至70℃通入氯气,生成二氯代磷酸三苯酯;再于50℃加水水解,生成磷酸三苯酯。最后水解产物用5%纯碱水溶液进行中和、水洗、蒸发和减压蒸馏,收集243~245℃(1.47kPa)的馏分,冷却、结晶、粉碎、包装即为成品。
