异丁酰辅酶A锂盐(Quin 2,四钾盐)是辅酶A的一种。辅酶A作为酰基载体,即乙酰辅酶A。异丁酰基辅酶a(IB-CoA)是一种短链支链酰基辅酶a,为myxalamid B生物合成提供起始单元。以异丁酰辅酶a为底物,研究了异丁酰CoA(CoA)突变酶(EC 5.4.99.13)的特异性和动力学。
