【用途一】
主要用于制取己内酰胺树脂、纤维和人造革等,也用作医药原料
【用途二】
己内酰胺绝大部分用于生产聚己内酰胺,后者约90%用于生产合成纤维,即卡普隆,10%用做塑料,用于制造齿轮、轴承、管材、医疗器械及电气、绝缘材料等。也用于涂料、塑料剂及少量地用于合成赖氨酸等。

高分子聚合物溶剂,制造聚酰胺型合成纤维,气相色谱固定液。

己内酰胺合成路线

己内酰胺上下游产品

己内酰胺制备

(1)以苯酚为原料,经环己醇、环己酮、环己酮肟在酸性条件下发生贝克曼(Beckmann)重排而得;

(2)以环己烷为原料,用光亚硝化法合成;

(3)以甲苯为原料,用斯尼亚法合成。此外,也可以糠醛或乙炔为原料合成。

精制方法:取250g有色的ε-己内酰胺,加入750g硝基甲烷和6ml 30%过氧化氢,加热1小时,再于0.5%氢氧化钠存在下减压蒸馏。所得纯品与光和空气接触时也不会变色。其他的精制方法有:减压蒸馏,馏出物用石油醚或丙酮重结晶后再蒸馏。
