[体外研究]

诺米林治疗能显著减轻氧-葡萄糖剥夺(OGD)诱导的SH-SY5Y细胞死亡,降低乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放和ROS生成,Nrf2基因敲除几乎消除了这一现象[1]。

[体内研究]

Nomilin可减轻MCAO大鼠血脑屏障(BBB)的破坏,这可能与减轻紧密连接蛋白(包括ZO-1和occluddin-5)的丢失有关[1]。
