正溴丁烷上下游产品

正溴丁烷制备

1.由正丁醇在红磷存在下与溴作用而得;或由正丁醇在硫酸存在下与氢溴酸反应而得。正丁醇与氢溴酸混合,滴加入硫酸,加热回流反应1.5h,蒸馏得溴丁烷粗品,用水洗至pH为6-7,用无水氯化钙脱水即得。

2.制法:

于250mL反应瓶中加入水20mL,小心加入浓硫酸20mL。混合均匀后冷至室温。依次加入正丁醇(2)15g(0.2mol)、研细的溴化钠25g(0.24mol)。加入2粒沸石,装上回流冷凝器(顶部装一导气管至溴化氢吸收瓶)。加热回流反应1.5h,期间不断摇动反应瓶。冷后改为蒸馏装置,加热蒸馏,直至馏出液由浑浊变为澄清,得正溴丁烷粗品。将粗品水洗,分出有机层,以10mL浓硫酸洗涤,再依次用水、饱和碳酸氢钠、水洗涤,无水硫酸钠干燥,蒸馏,收集99~103℃的馏分,得正溴丁烷(1)16~18g,收率60%~65%。
