吡啶制备

1.将乙醛(1.648mol)、37%甲醛(1.665mol)和氨(3.096mol)的混合物,于432℃反应,催化剂为SiO2-Al2O3-Bi2O3,吡啶收率为48.4%。同时还生成β-甲基吡啶,改变操作条件,可调节吡啶和甲基吡啶和甲基吡啶的收率。此外,1,5-戊二胺盐酸盐,经加热环合,在Pt催化剂存在下脱氢也可制得吡啶。

精制方法:主要杂质是水和它的同系物。水可用氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、氧化钡、氧化钙或金属钠回流后蒸馏除去。也可用4A型分子筛、氢化钙、氢化铝锂脱水。工业上常用与苯或甲苯组成的共沸混合物进行共沸蒸馏脱水。同系物的分离除用分馏法外,可用与氯化锌或氯化汞形成加成化合物的方法精制。例如,将424g氯化锌和365mL水配成的溶液与173mL的浓盐酸和345mL 95.6%乙醇混合,加入500mL新蒸馏的吡啶。经过一段时间后,组成为2C5H5N·ZnCl2的产物从溶液中结晶析出。过滤后用无水乙醇重结晶两次。将此晶体用浓氢氧化钠溶液分解(每100g晶体用氢氧化钠26.7g)。过滤,将所得游离吡啶用固体氢氧化钾或氧化钡干燥后分馏。为分离吡啶的同系物,也可以在搅拌下将吡啶加入草酸的丙酮溶液中。吡啶形成草酸盐沉淀,过滤后用冷的丙酮洗涤,再加碱使吡啶再生。吡啶中所含的非碱性杂质,可以在酸性溶液中用水蒸气蒸馏除去。此外,尚有用氧化剂处理的精制方法。例如将135mL吡啶,2.5L水,90g高锰酸钾于100℃搅拌2小时,放置15小时后过滤,滤液中加入约500g氢氧化钠使吡啶分离。倾出吡啶,用氧化钙回流3小时后蒸馏。

2.对焦化过程中生成的焦炉气中的吡啶碱进行回收处理得到吡啶。或者由乙醛、甲醛和氨的混合物反应可得吡啶。也可以将1,5-戊二胺盐酸盐加热环合,在铂催化剂存在下脱氢制得吡啶。

3. 取工业吡啶为原料,通过常压精馏收集其114~116℃馏份,装入棕色玻璃瓶中即为成品。为制备色谱纯吡啶,可以氮气为载气,在制备气相色谱仪上注入工业吡啶,通过分离收集其主峰组分,然后装入玻璃安瓿瓶中密封即可。

4.以醛或酮与氨为原料的合成法 最普通的吡啶类的工业合成法是用价廉易得的各种醛或酮和氨反应,得到各种各样的吡啶。饱和脂肪醛和氨的反应,3mol饱和脂肪醛和1mol氨形成吡啶环。理论上,氨的用量是醛或酮的1/2或1/3,但为防止收率及催化剂活性下降,通常过量0.9~9倍。反应条件是,混合气空速为500~1000/h,反应温度为400~500℃。通常用氧化铝 氧化硅系的催化剂,为提高收率、延长催化剂的寿命及便于再生而配入各种金属。反应式如下:
