三聚甲醛制备
将含有2%-5%硫酸的60%甲醛水溶液连续蒸馏,取残液用苯萃取再蒸馏而制得。在一定条件下也可生成四聚甲醛。四聚甲醛的熔点为112℃,沸点175℃。三聚甲醛和四聚甲醛在酸的作用下,都可重新分解成甲醛,都是甲醛的一种特殊商品形式。
精制方法:主要杂质是甲醛。用氯仿一类不溶于水的溶剂萃取出三烷,再进行常压蒸馏精制。
