红细胞生成素用途

治疗肾衰竭引起的贫血，与抗艾滋病药物合用可治疗艾滋病，改善癌症引起的贫血，治疗骨髓增生异常综合征贫血和结缔组织性贫血；还可预防手术中的失血，具有促进自身输血的作用。不良反应和禁忌：可使血压上升，无法控制的高血压患者忌用。治疗中血压升高者应减量，或停药，并降压治疗。对人白蛋白过敏者忌用。可能有皮疹等过敏反应。妇女和儿童不宜用。

红细胞生成素制备

基因工程工艺路线
病毒感染以PSVL病毒为基因载体，与hEPO基因重组后，感染Cos细胞，得感染的Cos细胞。

病毒再感染转染的Cos细胞经培养，分泌病毒再转染S．frugiperda细胞，即得感染后“S.f”细胞。

基因重组再将转染的细胞经培养的“工程细胞”产生EPO，再从细胞培养液中分离、纯化，制备rhEPO制剂。
感染后“S.f”细胞[细胞培养]→培养液[分离纯化]→rhEPO原料药[冻干]→rhEPO制剂。
