用途一:主要用于制异丙醇、丙酮、合成甘油、合成树脂、合成橡胶、塑料和合成纤维等 
用途二:用作聚丙烯的原料 
用途三:丙烯是重要的化工原料。丙烯气相氧化得到的丙烯醛,用于生产丙烯酸、烯丙醇、甘油醛、羟基乙醛以及重要的食品和饲料添加剂蛋氨酸;丙烯氨氧化得到的丙烯腈是合成纤维、合成橡胶和塑料的重要原料;丙烯氯化得到的氯丙烯可进而合成烯丙醇、丙烯二氯丙醇、氯丙腈等,用于生甘油、环氧树脂、氯醇橡胶、表面活笥剂等;丙烯烷基化得到异丙苯,是目前苯酚的主要中间体,在生产苯酚同时联产丙酮;丙烯经羰基合成得正丁醛和异丁醛,可衍生许多有机合成中间体,用于增塑剂、染料、溶剂、农药等;丙烯水合得到异丙醇,用于生产丙酮、用于生产丙酮、异丙胺及异丙酯;丙烯二聚得到乙烯、三聚得到千烯、聚合得到聚丙烯,丙烯四聚得到的十二碳烯是表面活性剂的中间体。

丙烯上下游产品

丙烯制备

1.炼厂催化裂化气经蒸馏除去C2和C4馏分,得到丙烯、丙烷馏分,再经精馏得丙烯。

2.石油烃类经高温裂解的产物,是乙烯生产的联产品。

3.丙烷脱氢。催化剂为氧化铬氧化铝,反应温度635℃,丙烷转化率54%,丙烯选择性76%,回收率93%(分子比)。

4.采用吸附膨胀脱附法,从吸附相得到高纯丙烯产品。以工业丙烯为原料,粗纯化后经分子筛吸附剂选择性吸附,对极性化合物和不饱和烃选择吸附性强,在升温解吸过程中,比丙烯难吸附的组分易入气相馏出,然后从吸附相中得到高纯丙烯产品。
