2-甲基丁酸制备

1. 由杂醇油氧化而得。由甲基乙基丙二酸加热脱羧基而得。

2. 烟草:OR,44;OR,49;Bu,56;OR,26;FC,9;FC,BU,OR,18;Bu,9;OR,41;BU,26;FC,40/。

3.于装有搅拌器、温度计、回流冷凝器、滴液漏斗的反应瓶中,加入12.5g洁净的镁屑,50mL无水乙醚,一粒碘,3g2-氯丁烷,慢慢加热。反应开始后,再加入无水乙醚75mL。滴加由2-氯丁烷(2)43g(共0.5mol)与270mL无水乙醚配成的溶液。控制慢慢回流,约0.5h加完。而后继续搅拌回流,使镁基本反应完。加入100mL无水乙醚,将反应物用冰盐浴冷却至-12℃左右。将反应物慢慢倒入盛有125g干燥的粉状干冰中,充分搅拌,直至干冰挥发完全。再慢慢加入300g碎冰和75mL浓盐酸的混合物,充分搅拌以分离完全。分出有机层,水层用乙醚提取,合并有机层。乙醚层中加入碎冰,并加入20%的氢氧化钠溶液完全100mL,充分摇动、使有机酸进入水层。分出水层,乙醚层用氢氧化钠溶液提取。合并水层。水层减压浓缩。冷却,用盐酸酸化。分出有机层,水层蒸馏,直至无油状物镏出。镏出液用氯化钠饱和,分出有机层,合并有机层,无水硫酸钠干燥,蒸馏,收集173~174℃的馏分,得2-甲基丁酸(1)40g,收率79%。
