四氯苯二甲酸酐上下游产品

四氯苯二甲酸酐制备

1、由苯酐氯化制备 将苯酐及40%的发烟硫酸和少量的碘加入反应釜,搅拌下加热升温至70℃,通入干燥的氯气,避光反应50h,升温在100℃下继续反应1.5h后,补加一些反应介质(40%的发烟硫酸)。且将温度升至220℃。反应一定时间后冷却,将产物放入大量水中,结晶析出,经过滤、冷水洗涤,即得成品。 2、以氢磺酸为溶剂,三氯化铝等Lewis酸为催化剂苯酐氯化制备。将一定量的氯磺酸、催化剂和苯酐加入特制的氯化釜中,然后按一定程序升温,待反应釜内温度升至80℃时开始通入氯气,并回收溶剂和催化剂,蒸馏温度不得超过220℃,以免产物分解。剩佘物冷却后,用冷水洗涤,离心脱水,于150℃下干燥,即得成品。 3、由四氯苯二甲酸脱水制备 将四氯苯二甲酸投入反应器,加热至98℃,使其分子内两羟基脱一分子,即得成品。
