氢氧化镍制备

1.镍盐法以镍盐溶液如硫酸镍溶液和氢氧化钠溶液反应,经结晶分离制得氢氧化镍成品。

2.取25g KOH溶于250mL不含CO2的水,另取60g Ni(NO3)2·6H2O溶于250mL水。将KOH溶液在激烈搅拌下逐滴加入至温热的(约35℃)Ni(NO3)2溶液中。所得的沉淀用温热的不含CO2的水倾泌洗涤数次,每次用水5L,直至洗出液不再呈碱性。然后,用5L不含CO2的极稀氨水洗涤一次。最后再用与第一次等量的不含CO2的温水倾泌洗涤;直至沉淀和洗出液中不含K+和NO-3。滤出沉淀,置于盛有浓硫酸的真空干燥器内干燥。得到的产物中仍含有吸附水,可将它加热至200℃除去。本实验的沉淀、倾泌和过滤等操作均需在不含CO2的气氛中进行。原料亦可采用[Ni(NH3)6](NO3)2,但是不宜使用NiCl2·6H2O和NiSO4·7H2O,因为沉淀中的Cl-和SO2-4很难洗去。
