荧光钙探针FLUO-3用途

Fluo-3和相关分子Fluo3/AM被用作细胞内钙(Ca2+)的荧光指示剂。Fluo-3可用于使用可见光激发的流式细胞术和共焦激光扫描显微镜(与在488nm下操作的氩激光源兼容)。钙结合后荧光强度增加约40倍。
