环丁砜用途

【用途一】
用于天然气净化脱硫，重整生成油的芳烃抽提，氢气中的二氧化碳、硫化氢及有机硫等杂质的脱除等
【用途二】
用作气相色谱固定液及分析试剂，也用于有机合成
【用途三】
溶解力强、选择性好的极性溶剂，大部分有机化合物与聚合物能溶于环丁砜，或与它混溶。主要用作芳烃抽提的萃取剂，聚合物纺丝或浇膜溶剂，天然气及合成气、炼厂气的净化、合成气的净化脱硫，以及作为橡胶、塑料的溶济等。此外，还可用于纺织印染工业作为印染助剂，可使色彩鲜明、光亮。

环丁砜作用

由于热稳定性高，对酸、碱稳定，是一种优良的溶剂。可用于从脂肪烃中萃取芳香烃，从气体混合物中除去酸性气体。环丁砜可用作高分子化合物如聚丙烯腈、丙烯腈共聚物、聚氟乙烯等的溶剂，用于纺丝，制造胶片等。还可用作纤维素醚、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚酰胺等的增塑剂，丙烯酸纤维纺丝的添加剂。其他还可用于脂肪酸的分离，从木材中萃取非纤维素成分等。由于环丁砜沸点高，热稳定性好，无腐蚀性，可用作冷凝器载体。添加到压榨机油中可以改进耐腐蚀性、防燃性、热稳定性、黏度等性质。
