酪氨酸磷蛋白A51是一种有效的蛋白酪氨酸激酶(PTK)抑制剂。酪磷素A51以剂量依赖性方式抑制[3H]牛磺酸的体积依赖性释放。酪磷蛋白A51显著降低细胞酪氨酸磷酸化水平。酪磷蛋白A51抑制基础和EGF诱导的人骨细胞增殖[1][2]。
