X-Gluc钠是检测β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(一种由大肠杆菌产生的酶)的染料试剂。X-谷氨酸钠可用于检测食品、水和尿路中的大肠杆菌污染。X-Gluc钠还广泛用于分子生物学实验,以标记和检测目标基因的表达(GUS报告系统)[1]。
