硫化砷(III)用途

【用途一】
钛镍黄的耐候性及耐久性胜过金红石型钛白，可用于卷钢涂料、汽车涂料、车辆和航空涂料，亦用于标牌、路标用的涂料和塑料等。用于钛镍黄优异的稳定性，可用于在高温下应用的耐高温涂料，在高温下注塑的塑料和其它耐热涂料。钛镍黄化学稳定性好，可用于化工厂的设备和墙壁涂料、水泥涂料、乳胶涂料和酸固化氨基树脂涂料。钛镍黄无毒，可在玩具涂料和玩具塑料、食品包装塑料和食品罐的印刷油墨等方面应用。钛镍黄的主要缺点是色浅，着色力低，粒度远较钛白粉为粗，分散性差，不宜单独作为黄色颜料，多用于作为黄基和其它有机黄色颜料配合使用，用于浅色耐候性外用涂料。

硫化砷(III)制备

1.将硫酸法钛白生产中的水合二氧化钛充分洗涤后，送入打浆罐中，并按一定比例加入具有足够活性的含镍和锑的化合物，以及可促进煅烧时晶型转化的处理剂后，按一定浓度混合均匀，经过滤后，将滤饼送入回转窑，在1000℃左右的温度下煅烧完全晶格转化。煅烧温度过高，会发生物料烧结而影响成品性能。故可根据不同用途作不同处理。

2.先将As2O3溶于稀盐酸(1∶4)中(最好是先溶于氢氧化钠后，再加入盐酸，使pH值在2以下)，然后将硫化氢通入溶液，使As2S3沉淀出来。
