氧化钒(Ⅲ)制备
1.由氢、碳或一氧化碳还原五氧化二钒制得,或在1750℃下热分解五氧化二钒、在隔绝空气下煅烧钒酸铵制得。
2.将由偏钒酸铵热分解生成的无定形五氧化二钒在纯化的氢气流中,于600℃下还原2h(V2O5的熔点为690℃,温度不能超过此熔点),再在900℃下继续还原5~6h。将生成物的一部分用碱熔融之后溶解于稀硫酸中,用过氧化氢进行氧化还原滴定,就可以知道得到的产品为VO1.506。将此产品再在1250℃还原4h,则变为V2O3。
