硫化锌制备

1.复分解法将硫酸锌溶液加入反应器中，在搅拌下缓慢加入硫化铵进行复分解反应，生成硫化锌和硫酸铵，经过滤除去硫酸铵，再经蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离，制得硫化锌成品，其反应式如下：

在硫酸锌的水溶液中加入乙酸氨，并保持pH值在2～3之间。然后边加热，边通入硫化氢，使之沉淀。将沉淀加到经硫化氢饱和的2%乙酸水溶液中；振摇后，在隔绝空气的条件下，进行过滤及干燥。为制得结晶性好的试样，可将沉淀在硫化氢气流中加热到1100℃以上。
