黄色氧化铅用途
1.用于制造聚氯乙烯塑料稳定剂。是其他铅盐的原料。在油漆工业中与油制成铅皂,用作油漆中的催干剂。
2.用于制造高折射率光学玻璃、陶瓷瓷釉、精密机床的平面研磨剂,是医用原料、橡胶着色剂。还用于蓄电池极板制造及石油精制等。
3.用于电子管、显像管、光学玻璃和防X射线的铅玻璃及防辐射橡胶制品。
4.用于化学分析,如测定金和银,沉淀氨基酸。冶金助熔剂,油漆催干剂。也用于玻璃和橡胶工业。能与甘油混合生成坚硬物,作为胶黏剂。
5.一氧化铅用于镀铅及合金中可溶性铅盐的配制,如氟硼酸铅的配制等。
6.用作颜料、冶金助熔剂、油漆催干剂、橡胶硫化促进剂、杀虫剂等。

黄色氧化铅制备
1.采用金属铅氧化法。将铅粒在170~210℃进行磨粉,再进行600℃以上高温焙烧氧化,再经粉碎、精制得到一氧化铅成品。
2.在一个2L的玻璃容器中,先将120g醋酸铅溶于250g水中,在强烈搅拌下加入1500mL浓氨水(15mol/L),立即形成白色胶状的碱式醋酸铅2Pb(OH)2·PbAc2沉淀,继续搅拌1~2h,白色沉淀转变为浅绿色结晶,有时要采用倾泻法用浓氨水洗涤几次,沉淀才发生转变。用2mol/L氨水洗涤沉淀,将湿沉淀收集在浅的玻璃器皿中,先在70~95℃下干燥,然后加热至150℃。大约可获得60g金丝雀黄氧化铅。
3.在2L聚乙烯瓶中,让165g三水醋酸铅溶于350mL水中。该溶液以75mL/min速率通过1个铅柱纯化。铅柱是用玻璃柱(10×φ2.5cm)内填充325g纯铅制成的直径10~100μm的小球制成。纯化后的溶液收集在另1个2L聚乙烯瓶中。瓶里放一磁力搅拌子,在激烈搅拌下加入1650mL浓度为10mol/L氨水。几分钟后形成大量白色沉淀并转化为浅绿色沉淀。用2mol/L氨水经倾泻法洗沉淀5次。然后加入200mL水,在80℃下混合10h,得到红色结晶,再用2mol/L氨水洗5次。95℃下白金皿中干燥。最后将干燥的红色PbO加热至150℃,可得80~85g超纯PbO。
4.将工业氧化铅(稍过量)溶解于醋酸水溶液中,加热至沸,反应生成醋酸铅:
保温静置,滤去不溶物,然后边搅拌边加入相对密度为0.90~0.91的氨水(40℃),加热至55-60℃,继续搅拌:
当白色胶状物转变为黄绿色至易下沉的黄色氧化铅后,停止加热,过滤,沉淀用热水洗涤至合格,甩干并干燥,即得试剂氧化铅。
