方法1.以钢瓶液氨为原料,经过1%的高锰酸钾、5%的氢氧化钠悬浮液和两个纯水洗瓶洗气后,溶解于吸收平内高纯水中,吸收瓶用冰水冷却。控制氨气流速,仔细操作可达到高纯级。用纯净蒸馏水,责制的试剂氨水。
方法2.以工业氨水为原料,加入适量高猛酸钾,(每15Kg氨水加10g高锰酸钾),以出去所有还原性物质。然后逐滴加到98 ºC的蒸馏水中,蒸发出来的氨气依次通过蒸馏水、氢氧化钡饱和溶液洗瓶和一只空瓶(以防氨水倒流),如后进入装有蒸馏水的吸收瓶,吸收瓶用水冷却,当洗手液相对密度达标时,检验其它指标合格,即可。
要提高吸收氨水纯度,可以化学氨水为原料,并相应提高辅助试剂的级别。
