过氧化丁酮制备
1.在硫酸存在下,由甲乙酮与过氧化氢(双氧水)反应制取。经氧化、中和、分离、脱水、静置、过滤,最后加入增溶剂而得成品
2.由双氧水与丁酮制备MEKP是在酸性介质中进行的,反应按下列方式进行:
将双氧水和丁酮加入反应釜中[30%的过氧化氢与丁酮的摩尔比为(1.6~1.9)∶1]加入滴加量为H2O2质量25%的液体催化剂(磷酸,用量以总质量计为20%~30%);边滴边搅拌,并控制温度在25℃左右,置入H2O2加料贮槽中备用。然后按同一摩尔比配好丁酮后置入丁酮加料贮槽中。在合成反应器中置入稀释剂二丁酯启动反应器搅拌器,同时向反应器中加入H2O和丁酮,加料时间需1h左右,反应温度为25℃以下,加料完毕后继续反应一段时间。反应后的产物经液液分离后,废催化剂排放,同时加入内稳定剂和碳酸钠,产品pH值调至5。再加干燥剂干燥至无色透明,过滤除去固体组分,常温下真空脱除残留的水分,即得合格产品。产品的活性氧可达11%,产品收率>95%。
3.制法:
于1L烧杯中加入丁酮(2)217g(3.0mol),冰水浴冷却下慢慢滴加30%的双氧水330g(3.0mol),控制反应液温度在20~25℃,加完后反应液为清亮溶液。于另一1L烧杯中加入30mL(10%)的盐酸,冰浴冷却,搅拌下慢慢加入上面的溶液,反应放热,注意控制加入速度,以使反应液温度在20~25℃之间。加完后再搅拌1h。加入100g氯化铵或硫酸铵,搅拌溶解,盐析出产品。分出有机层,无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,得产品(1)240g,收率82%。
