氯化锰,四水合物制备

1.由菱锰矿粉与盐酸反应,经中和除杂制得。采用软锰矿粉时,一般先还原成一氧化锰,再用盐酸浸取。亦可直接加盐酸反应制得。高纯度氯化锰产品,可用电解金属锰为原料制得。 2.菱锰矿-盐酸法经粉碎的菱锰矿在反应器中与过量盐酸反应完全后,加入石灰进行中和过量盐酸,控制Ph为4左右,加入过氧化氢除去铁。然后在溶液中加入硫酸锰除去钙,净化后的溶液经蒸发、过滤,再蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离,制得氯化锰成品。其
3.软锰矿-盐酸法将软锰矿与煤粉混合、还原焙烧生成一氧化锰,或锰矿直接与盐酸反应,经过滤除杂、浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离,制得氯化锰成品。其
4.将350mL浓盐酸置于烧杯中。在通风橱里,分次少量加入含锰约75%的锰铁粉末共120g,待激烈反应停止后,加420mL水,于水浴上加热4~5h,放置过夜,过滤,滤液中加15g二氧化锰粉,搅拌至溶液中不含Fe2+(可用铁氰化钾检验)。将混合物放置,抽滤,取1/5滤液备用。将122g碳酸钠溶于600mL水中,加热至60℃,注入取出的1/5滤液,生成碳酸锰和氢氧化铁沉淀。用倾泻法洗涤沉淀至洗涤液中不含Cl-。过滤,将此膏状沉淀加入其余的滤液中,加热至50~66℃,充分搅拌使铁完全沉淀(可取少量溶液,过滤后用硫氰酸铵检验)。趁热过滤,滤液加热后重新过滤。将滤液置于水浴上,在低于60℃下浓缩至表面出现结晶薄膜。室温下放置,抽滤。在低于40℃的条件下干燥。储于磨口瓶中。产量200~220g。 5.由重结晶进行精制。如需要更纯的盐时,可用下法除去杂质:将500g硫酸锰溶于水,用硫化氢饱和,滤出沉淀。然后往滤液中加入少量的氨水,并再次用硫化氢饱和,将生成的沉淀进行过滤,继而分别用少量的锰以硫化物形式沉淀两次,并滤出每次的沉淀。用氢氧化钾分别使滤液生成三次,滤出各次生成的沉淀。接着往滤液中加入碳酸铵,使锰沉淀,通过这一操作可除去钾。沉淀经充分洗涤并溶于蒸馏过的硝酸中,所得的硝酸锰用硝酸制成强酸性的溶液,用该溶液再结晶6次,最后两次应在铂皿中进行。所得结晶再溶于水,并再次用碳酸铵(将纯二氧化碳通入在铂皿的蒸馏氨水中制得)使之沉淀,用含有少量氨的水洗涤,以防止碳酸锰胶体化。沉淀在石英容器中溶于蒸馏盐酸,在石英容器中再结晶3次,然后在铂容器中再结晶。产品储存于装有熔融氢氧化钾的干燥器中。
