钨酸钠制备
1.由计算量的三氧化钨和碳酸钠共熔而得。或由三氧化钨与液碱加热作用并经浓缩结晶制得,然后在空气中加热至100℃或浓硫酸干燥可脱去结晶水。
2.钨矿石碱解法,将黑钨矿 ( 主要成分为 MnWO4·FeWO4)粉碎至320目,与30%氢氧化钠加入反应器中进行碱解,碱解后与氯化钙作用合成钨酸钙,钨酸钙与盐酸反应生成钨酸,再与氢氧化钠反应生成钨酸钠,经蒸发结晶,离心脱水、干燥,即得钨酸钠成品。
