硫酸铈(IV)制备

1.将分析纯硝酸铈铵溶解于热水中，使含量约为15%，滤去不溶物，在滤液中加入密度为0.91的分析纯氨
水，至不再有氢氧化铈沉淀析出：

过滤后，用热水洗涤沉淀数次，经常搅拌沉淀，至洗涤水中不含NO₃^-。不断搅拌下向沉淀中加入密度为1.84的硫酸和水的混合物［硫酸∶水＝1∶1 （体积）］，在水浴上加热：

当氢氧化铈全部溶解，停止加热，滤去不溶物，滤液蒸发浓缩至出现大量结晶体，然后冷却，抽滤后用冰水洗涤3～4次，抽干后，摊薄，并于25～30℃下干燥至不粘玻棒，即得分析纯结晶硫酸铈。
