扎拉果酸三钠盐是哺乳动物，真菌和啤酒酵母鲨烯合酶的有效抑制剂。Zaragozic acid A三钠盐是角鲨烯合酶抑制剂，在灵长类动物中可能产生较低的血浆胆固醇水平。我们还提供游离酸形式Zaragozic Acid A，以避免与盐水解相关的稳定性问题。 Zaragozic acid A trisodium salt is a potent inhibitor of mammalian, fungal and|Saccharomyces cervisiae|squalene synthase. Being a squalene synthase inhibitor, Zaragozic acid A trisodium salt may produce lower plasma cholesterol levels in primates. We offer also offer the free acid form, Zaragozic Acid A , to avoid stability problems associated with hydrolysis of the salt.
