氯辛硫磷用途
有机磷杀虫剂,作用机制是抑制胆碱酯酶,结构与辛硫磷相类似,但毒性低于辛硫磷,持效性大于辛硫磷,稳定性优于辛硫磷。具胃毒和触杀作用.对各种鳞翅目幼虫和马铃薯甲虫有显著效果,对蚜虫、飞虱、叶蝉、蚧类、红蜘蛛等也有效,可用于防治仓贮、土壤、卫生(蚊、蚋等)害虫,及对辛硫磷产生抗性的害虫。

氯辛硫磷制备
1.邻氯苯乙腈的制备邻氯甲苯用氯化硫酰氯化,制得邻氯氯苄。取邻氯氯苄176.5g(1.1mol)、KCN98g(1.5mol)、三乙基苄基氯化铵10.9g (0.05mol)、水150mL混合后,加热至90℃,搅拌反应5~8h。冷却、去水、洗涤、干燥、过滤并减压蒸馏,收集126~128℃/12~133Pa馏分148.4~157.9g,产率89.4%~94.5%(b,p.115~120℃/133Pa)。
2.邻氯苯乙腈肟钠的制备将金属钠12g(0.52mol分批加入到250mL无水乙醇中,搅拌至金属钠消失。加入邻氯苯乙腈75.8g(0.54mol)。滴加新制备的亚硝酸正丁酯55.6g(0.54mol)。滴毕,于室温搅拌反应3h。抽滤,用乙醚洗涤3次。干燥得黄色粉末状固体即为邻氯苯乙腈肟钠,产量56.3g,产率55.6%,m.p.267~269℃。
3.O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯的制备详见喹硫磷的制法。
4.氯辛硫磷合成将邻氯苯乙腈肟钠10.1g(0.05mol)悬浮于100mL丙酮中,在搅拌下滴加O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯9.4g(0.05mol)。滴毕,室温搅拌反应2~3h,蒸去溶剂,残留物加水,搅拌,析出白色结晶15.9g,产率96%,m,p.64.5~65.5℃。
