十二烷基硫酸钠制备
1. 将十二醇与氯磺酸按摩尔比1:1.03投料,在30-35℃进行磺化反应,生成的磺酸酯用30%氢氧化钠中和,生成十二醇硫酸钠,经双氧水漂白、喷雾干燥即得成品。原料消耗(kg/t)月桂醇(C12>85%) 725固碱(NaOH>95%) 183氯磺酸(>95%) 458。
2. 由十二醇和氯磺酸在40~50℃下经硫酸化生成月桂基硫酸酯,加氢氧化钠中和后,经漂白、沉降、喷雾干燥而成。
3. 十二迷基硫酸钠制备方法很多,目前最常用的有以下两种。
三氧化硫法 反应装置为立式反应器。在32℃下将氮气通过气体喷口进入反应器。氮气流量为85.9 L·min-1。在82.7 kPa下通入月桂醇,流量58 g·min-1。将液体三氧化硫在124.1 kPa下通入闪蒸器,闪蒸温度维持在100℃,三氧化硫流量控制在0.907 2 kg·h-1。然后将硫酸化产物迅速骤冷至50℃,打入老化器,放置10~20min。最后打入中和釜用碱中和。中和温度控制在50℃,当pH值至7~8.5时出料,即得液体成品。喷雾干燥得固体成品。
氯磺化法
间歇法 将月桂醇投入反应釜中,预热至30℃。然后在高速搅拌下将比理论量过量0.03 mol的氯磺酸以雾状喷入醇中。反应温度控制在30~35℃。硫酸化反应结束后,将其打入中和釜用30%的碱液中和至pH值7~8.5。最后用0.4%(质量)的双氧水漂白。喷雾干燥得固体。也可按质量标准配成溶液。
连续法 反应装置为管式反应器。首先用氯化氢把月桂醇进行饱和。月桂醇以334 g·min-1的流速,氯化氢以40.5 g·min-1的流速通过计量器进入饱和室。然后在21.4℃下将月桂醇的氯化氢溶液通入反应器与氯磺酸反应。反应物经气液分离后,硫酸化产物从分离器底部流入中和釜。在50℃下用30%的氢氧化钠中和得液体产品。喷雾干燥得固体产品。
4.在搅拌和冷却下,慢慢将氯磺酸( 或液体三氧化硫)加到十二醇 ( 月桂醇)中,氯磺酸与十二醇的物质量的比为1.03∶ 1,加料过程中控制温度不超过30℃,反应温度不超过35℃,搅拌反应2H。反应结束后,将反应液倒入冰-水混合物中,控制温度不超过50℃,然后用30%的氢氧化钠溶液中和至偏
碱性。蒸发浓缩至粘稠,冷却后,粉碎块状物,抽滤后,用乙醇洗涤,烘干,即为成品。
过程主要反应为:
5.工业上根据不同用户的使用要求,脂肪醇硫酸钠需制成各种形式的商品,如粉状、粒状、片状产品,一般可通过以下两种方法制得。
(1)喷雾干燥法 用该法可制得粉状产品。这是国内脂肪醇硫酸钠(粉状K-12)产品的传统生产方法。生产规模一般均较小,且为间歇操作,产品收率较低。
(2)真空脱水干燥法 该法使用刮膜式蒸发器,将低浓度的料浆在蒸发器内借助刮板的旋转作用使在内壁成薄膜状,在利用外部夹套蒸汽加热的同时进行真空脱水,可使脂肪醇硫酸钠的活性物含量达70%~80%,进一步加工可得粒状、针状或片状产品。
6.本制备方法包括正构烷烃的磺氧化,磺氧化产物的分离、中和,从中和产物中汽提原料油等工艺。二氧化硫和氧由磺氧化反应器底部的气体分布器进入,使其很好的分布在由正构烷烃和水组成的液相中,控制反应温度在40℃以下。液体物料在反应器中的停留时间为6~7min 。反应物料从反应器底部进入分离器,分出的油相返回反应器。分出的磺酸液经气体分离器脱除二氧化硫后进入蒸发器,分出硫酸相 ( 下)磺酸相( 上)打入中和釜用50%的氢氧化钠中和。即得产品。
