氟烷用途

【用途一】
该品为常用的新型全身吸入麻醉药。麻醉作用较乙醚强而迅速,诱导期很短,但镇痛和肌肉松驰作用不强,用量少,无刺激性。可用于小手术或复合麻醉。该品的缺点是抑制心脏和扩张血管,能使血压下降,脑血管扩张导致颅内压升高和对呼吸中枢有抑制作用。
